How much does it cost to ship my order?
When selecting your shipping option during check out, you will be able to see the shipping cost and it will be automatically calculated in the cart total. This occurs before the request for payment and is affected by factors such as the weight and size of your order, as well as your location and chosen shipping method.
Merch Mother are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred when shipping internationally.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once an order is placed, it will be shipped between within 7 days from our warehouse. You'll receive updates via email along the way to let you know the progress of your order.

International Air Mail (AusPost) Registered 5-20 working days
All overseas orders are sent by international airmail. Tracking information may be available.
Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. Efficiency varies depending on the destination country - sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so.
International Customs can also hold up a package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there's not a lot we can do to speed things up.

Can I return an item?
Please contact us by emailing email@example.com before sending anything back to Merch Mother. State your problem or request clearly and quote your order number for reference, feel free to send us pictures if you have them.
We don't permit returns for change of mind and cosmetics cannot be returned.
Size or shirt not right?
If we are able to exchange an item for a different size or an alternative item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to our warehouse and you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship your exchanged item. Only unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging can be exchanged.
Wrong or damaged items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs. However, an item that is damaged after it has been worn or washed will not be replaced. With this in mind, we request that all customers pay close attention to the washing instructions.
Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned to Merch Mother's Warehouse. If the product you have ordered is unable to be replaced and an alternative product is not suitable, a full refund will be given.
